The Taxateca's Garden is a small private botanical garden which contains an interesting plant collection of hundreds of species. It was founded on May 17th of 2013 and has an extension of 2.000 square meters.

Haworthia attenuata
Details: it is a succulent plant that forms dense rosettes with leaves with white crests. It is native to South Africa, to regions with rainfall mainly during the warm season. It is sensitive to temperatures below 0 degrees.
Haworthia glabrata

Details: it is a striking succulent plant that forms dense elongate rosettes with leaves with white protruding dots. It is native to South Africa, to regions with rainfall mainly during the warm season. It is sensitive to temperatures below -5ºC.

Details: it is a succulent plant that forms dense small rosette masses. It is native to South Africa, to regions with rainfall mainly during the warm season. It is sensitive to temperatures below -5ºC.
Haworthia glauca
Details: it is a succulent plant that forms dense elongated rosettes with grayish leaves . It is native to South Africa, to regions with rainfall mainly during the warm season. It is sensitive to temperatures below 0 degrees.
Haworthia garden hybrid

Details: It is a small succulent plant discovered in 1999 and endemic to a small region in southern South Africa. It forms dense clusters of small rosettes and blooms in spring, during the wettest season.
Helianthus annuus
Details: It is the sunflower plant, an annual species which grows in spring and summer.
Helwingia japonica (no picture)
Details: It is a deciduous shrub from East Asia, notable for forming flowers and fruits directly on its leaves. It belongs to the small family Helwingiaceae. It requires year-round moisture and can withstand temperatures as low as about -15°C.
Hippeastrum vittatum
Details: It is a bulbous plant that produces large flowers in spring. It is drought-resistant and can withstand frost in winter as long as the soil does not freeze.
Homalocladium platycladium
Details: It is a shrub native to Papua New Guinea with flattened stems that serve as leaves. The leaves are small and quickly deciduous. The flowers are tiny. Resists up to about -4ºC for a few hours.
Hoodia gordonii
Details: Succulent plant, frost tender (until -5ºC for short periods) susceptible to pudrition if watered aout of the growing period.
Huernia keniensis
Details: African succulent plant adapted to living on rocky soils with shadow. It mainly grows in the warm season, which coincides with the rainiest, and cannot withstand temperatures below 0°C. The flowers smell like rotten meat to attract flies.

Hylotelephium telephium
Details: It is a succulent plant native to the mountainous areas of Europe. It blooms during the summer and remains underground in winter. It is not very resistant to drought but can withstand temperatures down to -20º.
